Location Instructions:

Use main front entrance far left side of the building (see pic below, it's not the hockey/curling side entrance), access stairs to the right of the front entrance before you walk into the lobby, once on second level walk towards the boxing gym and you'll see double doors on your left, walk through there and our studio is located down the hallway near the dryland training area.
